Return & Refund Policy — DALIA Style B.V.

At DALIA Style B.V., we want you to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your package for a refund or exchange.

1. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • For hygiene reasons, intimates, swimwear, and accessories (such as earrings or hair items) cannot be returned.

  • Sale or discounted items may be eligible for store credit only, unless otherwise stated.

2. How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@daliastyle.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Note: Return shipping costs are not covered by DALIA Style B.V. unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • If your item was purchased using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return your original order and place a new one through our website.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@daliastyle.com with clear photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.
